ubuntu GeoIP library

问题：nginx-1.16配置时出错./configure: error: the GeoIP module requires the GeoIP library.

解决：安装geoip模块

方法：

sudo apt install libgeoip-dev

注意：网上有方法说安装libgeoip1，我试了，没有用
